We are moving NIHB claim statements to the Express Scripts Canada NIHB Provider and Client Website.
Effective July 10, 2026, NIHB providers and clients will be able to view their NIHB claim statements directly through the Express Scripts Canada NIHB Provider and Client Website — providing a more streamlined way to access your information.
To view your NIHB claim statements, simply log in to your NIHB web account or create an account here: https://nihb-ssna.express-scripts.ca/en/1215070914.
As part of this transition, all NIHB claim statements previously available on the ESC Statement website have been migrated to your NIHB web account. These claim statements will no longer be accessible on the escstatement.ca website starting September 30th, 2026.

The ESC Provider Website launches on September 11, 2026, for pharmacy providers in Quebec, dental providers, and extended health care providers across Canada.
Effective September 29, 2026, all pharmacy, dental and extended health providers will be able to view their remittance advice statements directly through the ESC Provider Website — providing a more streamlined way to access important information.
Create an account on the ESC Provider Website starting September 11, 2026, and follow these steps:
- Visit https://provider.express-scripts.ca
- Click “Create Now” – This will take you to a new screen to select your Provider type
- Select your Provider type and click “Create Account”
- Fill out the form with your details
Please download the historical remittance advice statements you wish to retain as soon as possible as these remittance advice statements will no longer be accessible on the escstatement.ca website starting September 30, 2026.
